Terms of Service

These Terms set the rules for using PracG, including your account, profile submissions, application activity, public content access, and acceptable use of the platform.

Last updated: March 21, 2026

Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PracG website, student account workflows, application tools, public content, and related services we make available.

By accessing or using PracG, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.
  • If applicable law requires parental, guardian, or institutional permission for you to use the service, you must obtain that authorization before using it.
  • You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or materially outdated.

What PracG does and does not do

PracG is a platform that helps students discover labs, maintain a profile, and submit applications through a structured workflow.

  • We do not guarantee admission, selection, interview calls, internships, certificates, outcomes, or employment.
  • Partner labs decide whether to review, accept, reject, pause, or close opportunities.
  • Public lab and content pages may change over time, and some features may be limited, experimental, or withdrawn.

Your content and license to operate the service

You retain the rights you have in the profile information, application materials, resume links, messages, and other content you submit.

You grant PracG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, including presenting relevant information to partner labs you choose to engage through the platform.

  • You must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit any content you provide.
  • You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your submissions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, including through fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or unlawful conduct.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, bulk harvest, mirror, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data or unpublished content without written authorization.
  • Do not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Do not upload malicious code, deceptive links, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
  • Do not use the service or its content to build a competing database, matching service, or training corpus without permission.

Our intellectual property

The PracG service, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, workflows, and original content, is owned by PracG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PracG intellectual property to you. Except where we expressly allow it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our protected materials.

Third-party services, labs, and links

The service may integrate with or link to third-party providers and external sites, including authentication providers, hosted media, hosting infrastructure, analytics or performance tooling, partner-lab content, or communications services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, sites, privacy practices, or acts and omissions of partner labs outside our platform role. You should review the terms and privacy notices of those third parties where relevant.

Suspension, termination, and service changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect users, labs, PracG, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

  • We may investigate suspected misuse, policy violations, security incidents, or fraudulent activity.
  • We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
  • If we introduce paid or premium features in the future, additional commercial terms may apply before purchase or activation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user, lab, or use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PracG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of opportunity, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the service where appropriate.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@pracg.in or through our contact page.
