Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when internship program fee refunds are available, when cancellation leads to a full refund, and how students can request support from PracG.in.

General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for internship program fees paid directly to PracG.in.

Students can request a refund if they are not satisfied with the internship program, even after attending up to 2 classes or sessions at the lab.

Refunds will not be provided after attending more than 2 classes or sessions, as the program is considered to have been substantially delivered.

Refund Window

Students must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of attending the second class or session or from the date of payment, whichever is later.

Requests made after this 7-day window will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests submitted after attending more than 2 classes or sessions.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • If the student has already received or downloaded any certificate, completion letter, or official documentation.
  • Any additional services, if introduced later, that are explicitly marked as non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued in case of violation of program rules, misconduct, or disciplinary issues.

Cancellation by PracG.in

If PracG.in or the partner lab cancels the internship program for any reason, whether before or after commencement, a full refund will be processed to the student.

In case of postponement of the program, students will be given the option to either join the rescheduled batch or request a full refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, students must send an email to contact@pracg.in with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Phone Number
  • Payment Transaction ID or Order ID
  • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, including UPI, Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval.

The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may usually take 3 to 7 additional days for cards.

Refund Amount

  • Full refund equal to 100% of the program fee paid will be issued if the request is approved within the eligible window.
  • No administrative or processing fee will be deducted for refunds under this policy.
  • Partial refunds may apply in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of PracG.in management.

Subscription or Recurring Plans

If you are on any subscription or monthly plan, you may cancel the subscription anytime from your dashboard.

Cancellation will stop future charges. No refund will be given for the current billing period already paid.

  • All refunds are subject to verification and approval by the PracG.in team.
  • PracG.in reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
