Eligibility
B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
Screening and Safety
Profile review, short research-interest form, and a 20-minute mentorship fit interview.
Mandatory pre-lab biosafety module, PPE compliance, and supervised instrument onboarding.
